Minecraft Modded, Unmodded Client Support Crash solving Thread

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen.

As you know me from the old forums I would like to help you out with your minecraft modding problems or any technical problems related to minecraft here.

Please understand I don't give support on hacked clients or anything what is in a possible use to give you unfair perks against other players because it's against the rules to use such things.

What I need:
Version: What minecraft version you use and what operating system. If you can give this information, graphicscard and processor too.
Details: Give as much details on the problem as you can.
Crashlog: Any ouput from the crashlog and if you use forge the hserrorpid output. Use spoilers or pastebin to post your log(s).
Modsource: In some cases it's necessary to look at the source website to fix your problems. Please give this info too.
