Spam Ban For No Reason?

I am having an issue with the Spamming. So I bought the Legend Rank with no cool down and I love it and the rank, my issue is that I have been kicked for spam 3 time so now I cant talk for 2 days and think that is unfair really... but my point is I want a warning before I am kicked and muted... (I wasn't spamming bye the way) So I was wandering if I could get some help with this? Its just really upsetting because I am mostly playing on creative doing Role-plays so I have to advertise for it and its all about talking (like I said, I wasn't spamming) So if someone could help me I would be so thankful... Errr Spamming is when you repeatedly say something in chat. "Advertising" for your "Role plays" May be counted as spam. I know creative is known for people saying (caps protection) which isn't allowed.

 

Well you see, I wasn't doing (caps protection) or anything like that, I was waiting saying it slowly and taking my time and now I'm unable to talk for 2 days. I also wasn't saying the same thing over and over. So Im a bit upset by this...
