Spawner Question/Clarification (Skyblock)

I've read through the forums, and have seen many different opinions on what, how and why's of spawners. I'm now more confused. A lot of discussion were posted back in July, but what is the current status of spawners?

I have a spawner, how (if possible) can I set the mob?
Are spawners changable? Do you need the mob egg to do it?
Who (if any) can change spawners?
Are we still able to purchase them (a couple threads said yes, by emailing staff)

Can someone please clarify what the rules are for spawners now?

You can buy 5 spawners along with the /spawner command for $5. If you got a spawner without donating for it, only a staff can change it for you and if you want to buy some go to the server store.

 

That's old data I think. /spawner command was removed for a lot of people, as well as buying spawners at the server store. This is why I'm asking for the updated information regarding spawners.

 

Oh yeah I forgot about the EULA. I don't know about it now sorry :/

 

Anyone else know how Spawners work after EULA???

 

Only people who purchased spawners before the EULA will have access to /spawner now.

Aside from that, nothing's changed.
