DisguiseCraft. A very popular plugin used to fake mobs, and players. VERY useful for video creators like J&H.
Yes a lot of people payed the price to have this exciting perk, but all people use it for is to fake YouTubers.
And no it's not againsed the rules (Read on the store it is ok to disguise as a YouTuber, only if you claim that you are that said person is it breaking rules). But it is abused. It only causes unwanted spam, and tricks people and sometimes hurts their feelings when they discover that it's fake. It also annoys players and our very humble staff.

I'm not asking to take it away, I'm just saying it was a mistake to be able to use this command. I can understand the fun with /d [mob], but the player disguise, too much power.

This was more of a rant than an abuse report, but kind of both. I hope people agree with this, and have a nice day :)

 

This is why there is a "Report Abuse" section. You can report players abusing this command and (so long as they are nicked) you can report them there. I understand where you come from as well though, I wish there was an easier way to tell who is the person disguising.

 

The new skin loading system in one of the 1.7 versions (forgot which, like 1.7.5 or 6) breaks Disguisecraft anyway. Whenever you disguise as a player, you're always Steve. If you use an earlier Minecraft version, it still works for you as your client still loads the skins the old way. So unless the Disguisecraft owner (or another plugin, and J&H get that plugin for the player disguise) gets around the new skin loading system, by the time the server is 1.8 it will be gone.

Also, are you aware how much /d p is?

A whopping $50. (Or £30). You'd think people want their moneys worth.

 

Yes, the money is very worth such a perk. But again, just abused.

 

People know it's fake, especially when they find out that the server has disguises, I wouldn't think your feelings get hurt unless you really love that youtuber. And, just saying, but a few player disguises aren't even able for you to disguise as. (Most of the staff, J&H and SkythekidRS.) Also, like President said, the skins will change anyway.
