Skin Refining!

Hey guys, I've seen some threads where people are making renders and animations but I don't have the software (and don't just be an asshole and say JUST DOWNLOAD IT STOPID) anyways, I can shade up your skin, add cool parts to it for 1.8, stuff like that. Here is the format for applying:
