    So my uncle bought me this awesome shirt when he was at Japan a few days ago (I made a huge list with stuff I want from Japan so he can buy me them but I forgot to give him the list ;_; )
    And I have no idea who these characters are, I've seen them somewhere before but I don't know... anyone knows?

    So the weird brown thing is Gunma-chan, mascot of the Gunma prefecture.
    And the person thing is called Otomi-chan.
