Yep. 1000 posts. Quadruple digits. That's a lot of posts... I knew I'd get to 1000 posts eventually, I just didn't quite know when XD Anyway, here's my 1000th post special! Well, let's start off with my story. I joined the server in December of 2012. When I first joined, I remember the giant staues of Jerry and Harry in the lobby, the dispensers that shot out unlimited cookies, the pole dancing zombie in the disco room, the parkour on the side of the lobby, the picture area, the fishing dock, and on and on and on. I was a pretty big noob to multiplayer back then, so it took me a bit to get used to it. Soon, though, I became used to the server. I was exploring the survival world when someone by the name of sneakyninja5678 asked me if I wanted to make a faction with him. Thrilled at the request, I gladly accepted, because whenever I attempted to make a faction, the server simply said I didn't have enough power to do so, which I didn't understand back then, because once again, noob. We tried to decide a faction name, and it changed quite frequently. Eventually, we decided on PotatoGods. For a very long time, it was just sneakyninja and I, building our own faction together. We had a three story house on a shore right next to a jungle with a stone brick wall surrounding it. We spent hours playing together, having fun. One of his close friends joined the faction, as did one of my close friends. However, they were inactive and basically a non-factor. This went on for a while until one day, I came on the server to find that PotatoGods no longer existed, and sneakyninja just disappeared. I haven't seen him or talked to him ever since then. Sad stuff :( Anyway, I continued to play on the server and made some new friends. The earliest friends I remember making were SashaGlitterPeak and @PastelColor We spleefed together a lot. For a few months, I just played and played on the server. I remember climbing to the top of the Jerry and Harry statues at spawn (it was a parkour course to get up there) and when I got there, I saw Jerry flying around! This was a surprise for me, because I had never actually seen either of the owners on the server before. Then, Jerry started... Building? A few people were at the top of the statues with me as well, and we were all confused at first. Then we realized he was extending the parkour course. It was eventually built all the way up to the quiz room, which at the time was in the sky above the lobby. Anyway, on May 5th, 2013, I joined the forums. This was when I really became part of the community. The reason I had initially joined the forums was to make a report. I put my report in someone else's thread, then @DWG715 told me to make my own thread about it. After filing that report, I browsed the forums a bit. Believe it or not, I actually didn't immediately click with it. I was somewhat active for a while, but not very much so. After about a month or two though, my activity on the forums skyrocketed. I made tons of new friends and accumulated positive rep and posts quickly. Things were going splendidly, then, survival shut down. Yup, you've all heard the story, the great downfall of the community. I was actually online when it happened. We were playing survival, when suddenly, everyone got disconnected. We rejoined quickly, thinking we just timed out or something. Then, we came back on to find all factions were no longer existent, all land was unclaimed. etc. We promptly freaked out. Then survival went back down again. Jerry and Harry announced that there was a serious problem, and it would be down for a while. TONS of members of the community left. Things were going downhill fast. Potato (PwnagePotato) made a thread titled "The Server" and it was a great post that kept us optimistic about everything. I won't go into too much detail, but it was basically a post to get the community back in shape, and in the post he mentioned a "surprise" We were all wondering what this surprise was. Then, the forums went down for maintenance. When they came back up, they were brand new. A fresh, clean slate. I re-registered on the new forums, and was the third member to register, excluding the crew. Then I continued life on the forums, and that basically brings me up to right now, making this post right here. That's my story. I probably could elaborate more, but I'm on my phone in bed right now, so it's not as easy to make a long post. I would like to give thanks to some people, also. Spoiler If I forgot you anywhere in here, sorry, it's late and I'm on my phone and blah blah blah XD @Yomc - You were one of the greatest friends I ever made in this community. I would like to thank you for your support of me, your care, and everything else you've provided to me. You've always been there for me as an amazing friend. Brother I never had. @xMisfitCow - Really great listener, easy to talk to, funny, there are so many good qualities about you. Like Peter, you've always been supportive of me and there for me when I needed it. Thank you. @LilaRok - SUPER SQUIRREL Really kind, absolutely random in a hilarious way, and just very friendly in general. I'm glad we're good friends. @PastelColor - knai (you already know what I'll say about you :p) Ugh, sorry, getting too lazy to write long messages, so here's more tags. I might edit this later to add messages to people who don't have them, but probably should @rockor1757 - When you first joined, you were an annoying, stubborn noob to me. We argued until Misfit put an end to it. But, you quickly became a much more mature member and contributed to the community well. And now look at where you are. :) @Spicy - FOOL @PyromancerMagic - Story Time! I'm sure you remember that, as that was how we first met. We became great friends, and still are. You're a good person to have serious and random talks to, so you're a good person to talk to in general :P @Audrey_Is_Here - #twinsies @PresidentBacon - You're literally like, everything. You're freaking omnipotent. funny, mature, serious, logistic, etc etc etc all at once. How you pull it off, I don't know. @JoeyBACONBacon @Theminer30 @GoobyHasAnOpinion @~Wolf @videogameguy128 @galladepow @andrewswift13 @BossClaire @anratork59 @Boozington Okay, I'm really getting lazy. Lastly, I would like to thank Jerry and Harry for creating the forums and server and such a great community! Also, thanks to everyone in the community, because, well, if you weren't here, the community wouldn't be the same.

Huh, I actually remember Sasha xD Holy shit, has it really been that long? o_O Gratz on your 1000th, athens. At least you didn't become the Yomc of the old forums...lol
