Ninetails and Houndoom are pretty darn underrated. Nobody ever uses them because of the fact that so many Pokemon use Earthquake or something.
I personally have to say either Lapras or Ursaring. They have okay stats. I hate how no-one uses Lapras ;n;
Well, a multi hitting move, such as Bone Rush, Bullet Seed, Water Shuriken, etc. can take it out, even if it is defensive to the max. Also, without Sturdy, almost half the fighting/water/grass/ground type moves can take it out if the pokemon was ST correctly.
Okay, that is not underrated, that is really bad. It has horrible stats all around except for HP. For the love of lord, almost all the moves of the type its weak to, is physical. Chansey's defense is 5. 5. Like, really, anything can take that thing out within a hit normally.
Wobbuffet I know a mega gengar and fighting pokemon can easily take it out, but it's good against those defense and HP walls and a high HP survives most non-super effective attacks to half health, pretty much wiping out a ton of pokemon with counter and mirror coat, especially the ones that wipe out your team easily.
