So whats your refund policy? or do you have an official one at all?

Look, benefits we paid for are gone, people deserve their money back, right?

 

I don't think there'll be a refund policy, they need all the money they can get to keep the server running from now on.

 

If you donate to a charity, you can't go back and ask for your money back.
If you donate to IJAH, you can't go back and ask for your money back.

 

if its a donation i shouldnt be getting anything.

when i brought my rank they promised unlimited homes. now im not getting it anymore.

also in the store it never said "donate", who "donates" to a store?

 

Its called ''donating'' for a reason.
When you donate something, you can't take it back

 

As I've read off other's posts, you can't refund.

Not all perks are gone, and the changes aren't completed yet; meaning, a suggestion to replace thing A with thing B may affect what was taken from us.

 

where does it say donating... donating is when you give and get no benefit out of it.

 

Actually, EVERYONE now receives that. You should not not have access to it. If you don't, report it as a EULA bug or something.

 

not be able to refund is bullshit. They are taking perks away from us when mojang said you can let your old donator keep all their current perks.

 

That status is subject to change. If enough people go to the owners suggesting this, it may change.
Edit: The reason for boldening and using the term 'suggesting', was to avoid everyone harassing the owners over something bs that Mojang kicked up

 

also, they said now everyone gets maximum of 10 homes. If you already have more than 10 you cant sethome anymore.

 

The policy is that they don't accept refunds whatsoever.

If they didn't give anything in return, greedy players wouldn't even donate to keep the server alive because they don't care about it.
If you truly cared about the server, you wouldn't be complaining.
