[Creative] The disappearing Items

Detailed description of bug:I think most of you might noticed that After you use an Item,for example Anvils,Chests,etc.You figured out some of your items in your inventory might have disappeared.This happens to me a lot,and It's very annoying since some of my god items or Heads were missing.Please fix this ASAP

If u have a mouse wheel click on it above the item and it will create a whole stack. Then take 1 and use that

 

I have an explanation for the god items but not the heads. To make god items, you need to mod, All U Want. I had that mod, then i found out that the server banned that mod becuase it was being used for hacks. So, god items don't exist anymore, if you use an chest, ender chest, anvil, etc and put it in there, the item will either disappear, or lose all enchantments. Hope I could help.

 

Use What I said to make more items and heads. It's alot eiser

Another problem is that whenever I want to enchant an Item with a normal book,The book also will disappear.what happened?
