[Factions] unable to use /fly

    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Factions/Hardcore survival
    Detailed description of bug: I am able to use /fly everywhere else (Hub, Survival, etc.). But I am not able to use it in factions. I'm not sure if any one can use it or if its just me. I bought /fly (Or rather Minecrafta269 did) but I cant use it in factions. Can someone help me on this?

    Fly isn't enabled on factions, as it is hardcore factions and flying would give an unfair advantage. It is enabled on peaceful survival though.
