New EULA & J&H Server

Will the new EULA effect the server? If so, is it a negative effect?

I'm trying to reach @RobyNub1337 to do something about those threads...
Leave it up to the owners please.

 

I will say my opinion on the subject:

J&H will have to cut back on the server, effecting size, speed, and up time,
Minecraft as a whole will shrink, leaving it like CS:S with only a few 100 players a day,
Mojang will liquidate,
Minecraft will be dead and gone.

That is the worst outcome which I pray to god this doesn't happen.

You have a life, start using it instead of worrying and praying to god that a sandbox game will suddenly disappear.
Seriously.

 

"Praying to god" was only a metaphor of how I don't want something to fail. I know there is nothing we can do but I think a lot of people care about the game enough to sob over it. I wouldn't sob but I would worry for the people that make a living off of entertaining people. Nothing wrong with that.

I don't want to sound like a person that cares about something so much that I would die without it, but the game is great and shouldn't be ruined by a group of Lawyers at Mojang.
