Shadow_Riolu's Developing Skyblock 3 Island.

Hello everyone, Shadow_Riolu here. I have recently started a new island, due to the one from a long time ago being grieved, I decided to start a new one, as stated earlier. Before I get on with the application itself, be warned: I am severely strict on this, as past experiences cause trust issues. In other words, no information and no good status of you will be an instant denial. There will probably be much more denials than acceptances.

Rules? Of course there are rules.

1. No grieving. (Obvious) You will be removed immediately and blacklisted.
2. Always follow your task, do not do other jobs unless you are with another person with that job.
3. Do not take anything that doesn't belong to you (Unless in the community chest).
4. Keep ALL valuables in ECHEST for safety.
5. Do not build your house any further outside the amount of space you are given, unless instructed to do so.
6. Do not harass anyone in the island. You will be removed immediately if so.
7. You MUST reapply at the minimum three days after you have been denied, if you have been denied.
8. Have fun. This is not meant to be a stress like thing. >.<
9. If you are accepted and someone states that they know you, you must like that person's post, otherwise it will be considered lying, and that person will be denied.
10. If you have a bad reputation, regardless knowing someone who has been accepted, you will be denied, possibly blacklisted.
11. You can ONLY CHOOSE ONE JOB. There are exceptions because the ones below, have been with me since the beginning.

Alright, like I said, this is new, and if it's new, it is not very developed. Obviously, we will need help in order to make it a good island, in the form of a city. There will be houses, community stuff, you know, the general city/town like environment. There will be jobs for you to do, and it will remain your job unless you request it to be changed. I will have a note type thing to keep track of which job is which and who is in what. Of course, if someone asks of assistance of you, you can help them.


Yep, jobs. Why wouldn't we have jobs?

There will be "Special jobs," as well, meaning this might not stay here permanently. For now, all jobs will be called, "Beta <insert job name here>" When the city island grows, those with the name will remain like this on the list and will remain this way unless requested not to. Others who join afterwards will have a normal job title.

Beta Cobble Miner. A Beta Cobble Miner is just someone who mines cobble using a cobblestone generator. Not so hard right? Right. You will be provided with an iron pickax, and if you need /repair (For those without that.) talk to me, or those who do have /repair. Also, once you mine the cobble, make the cobblestone into stone (Using a furnace) and make them into stone bricks.

Beta Farmer. Farmers, farmers, we love you so. A Beta Farmer is just someone who will farm. Simple as that. Wheat, carrots, everything. They will also tend to the animals, killing all of them EXCEPT for two so that they can breed. The Beta Farmers will be the ones who cook the food as well (Raw beef, raw chicken, etc.)

Beta Constructor. A Beta Constructor is pretty much someone who builds. (S)He might have one of the most difficult jobs, seeing that they will have to build a LOT of stuff. Farms, greenhouses, roads, fashionable stuff, etc. To get this job, you MUST show at least one of your builds.

Beta Mob Killer. (Only a few of these are necessary.) Title says it. Just kill the mobs that come out during the night. Is anything more needed to say?

Beta Fisher. Pretty obvious. A Beta Fisher is going to fish a fish from a mini pond we have. The pond will expand when the island expands. Anything else needed to say?

*Special job*
Beta Guard. Alright, this is a new idea that literally just came in my head right now. As you know, people who are accepted, cannot always be trusted. Some people may try to steal something, take it for themselves, and then leave the island. This is for people who are already on my island, and believe they have 100% of my trust. The Beta Guard will be severely active on the skyblock island, and make sure that nobody does anything suspicious. If they do, they will screenshot or video for proof, and have them blacklisted by me.

There are, as shown, 5 questions, each worth 20 points. You must have at least 80 points to be qualified.



I am not a selfish person. If you do the jobs, I will of course pay you. However, this will not take into effect until after we are finished organizing. You will have to give items to the owner in order to receive the payment. Note that if you work together with people, it will be payment per person, not split and share.

Current status: Organizing still.

Here is how it works:
Beta Cobble Miner: $140 a stack of cobble.
Beta Farmer: Each crop will be $0.10.
10 crops will be $1.
64 crops will be $20.
2 stacks, $40, and so on.
Beta Constructor:
It depends on the quality of the build.
If it is okay: $100.
If it is good: $200.
If it is pretty good and noteworthy: $500.
If it is outstanding and makes it a landmark of the island: $1,000.
Beta Mob Killer:
Zombies. Each rotten flesh as proof will be $1 each.
Skeletons. 2 bones = $1 ---- 1 arrow = $1 ----- 1 bow = $100.
Witches. Any mob drop from this one will be $100 except for sticks and other worthless items.
Slimes. Each slimeball will be $25.
Spiders. Each string will be $10. Each spider eye will be $5.
Beta Fisher.
For every 16 fish you get, it is $50. 32 fish, $100. 48 fish, $150. 64 fish, $200. 128 fish, $400. This will be the total, not per fish. For example, if you get 5 fish, 6 salmon, and 5 puffer fish, that would count as 16 fish. If you somehow get an enchanted book (Like @Rilakkumaloverr did, then you can keep it. She got feather falling IV. ._.)
Beta Guard.
For each person you find. $2000.

Activeness on Skyblock: I go on it atleast everyday for atleast 30 minutes.

Schedule (Times available on Skyblock): I am active mostly at midnight. Basicly I am active everyday but at midnight. There are days where I am active during the morning but these days are the weekends.

Will you follow the rules?: I always follow rules... so yes.

Why do you want to join?: I want to be more active in the Skyblock region of the server. And I get bored easily so I believe that this would help me with the boredom-ness.

Why should we even consider you?: I am a very good Skyblock-er and I can do many jobs easily unless it's bulding a nice building. I have very good techniques that do jobs quicker and easier.

Anything else?: Not really... only thing is that I fall from islands often... well not that often but you know.

Activeness on Skyblock: I go on SkyBlock quite often, around 1/3 of the time I'm playing MC.
Schedule (Times available on Skyblock): This timetable might not be that reliable, as I have IRL thimgs that might intervene.

Why do you want to join?: I want to join your island, because I don't really have a big SkyBlock at the moment. I like working with others to survive, and playing SkyBlock
Why should we even consider you?: Like I said before, I will always follow the rules, and I will never grief, or cause any trouble to the island at all. I am a pretty good farmer, and I could contribute money to the island.
Anything else?: I don't have /fly... I may be prone to dying. But I try not to, and I rarely fall.

@Polardrago Refer to what I said to DurpehDuckiee, except for this one, it is because of the "Why you want to join," section. Like a I said, I stated that this is a completely new island, therefore, it is normal.

Relationship with me (or others): Well my relationship with you and John is being a friend that can understand you. We talk whenever we can...so yeah.

Job you want to be: I'm interested in the Beta Cobble Miner job, but also the Beta Farmer job. However, I'd prefer the beta cobble miner job.

Will you greif? If not, do you have people who can support you on that statement?: I do not greif, and I have in fact a lot of people who can. The friends who support me are @Warden_Creeper, @Noahnoobfax, @Creeper5484, @_HUBBLE_ and a lot of others.

Activeness on Skyblock: Well I do go on for at least an hour a day. Usually I go on Server 1 to finish up my shop or Server 2 to just see what's going on. Server 3, that's the server that I like to play with friends on. Since I don't have any friends that like to do skyblock, I usually go here when they're not calling. Either that or other minigames.

Schedule: Mainly at these times. They're not exact, but estimated.

Will you follow the rules? Yes, I will follow the rules. I don't like rule-breakers, and am not planning to ever break any rules. They're there for reasons.

Why do you want to join?: Well as you can see on my schedule, I'm not that active on Skyblock as I am on the other mini-games. I want to join so that I can play Skyblock with some friends while being on there for a longer time. Getting accepted would allow me to play a more longer amount of time to really understand all the servers and their communities they have in them whilst having a job, a set amount of goals to follow and have fun with people who I know well.

Why should we even CONSIDER you?: Well you should consider me because I have good ideas for new projects to work on. I come on a lot and get right to work if I have any to do. Once I'm done, I like to see what can be improved and what something new can be done. Growing can only help, and that's what I want this island to do. I do have SOME money, but not too much. However, as I progress on the island, I will get more money. I have /fly to allow me to get into tight spaces without falling or using resources, and /repair in-case you're not online and someone needs a tool repaired.

Anything else?: Yes. I just realized I forgot to tag people in who could defend me, and they might not get alerted on something like an edit.. So if they don't like it, then I might get denied...so please take that into consideration. But thank you for reading!

Activeness on Skyblock: Haven't been active, due to no one on my current SB2 being active. I can get on quite often though.

Schedule (Times available on Skyblock): Can't give a complete scheduled, but I can say i'll be on for about 1-3 hours a day on SB alone.

Why do you want to join?: Skyblock has been boring for me, due to no one on my current island being active. Plus, I like the idea of "Industrial Skyblocks", meaning one where you build a town and such.

Why should we even consider you?: Because, so far, I am the only one who applied for Constructor. I can help the island quite a bit, and am good at helping. I am friendly...you know what, this isn't going to get me in. I'm to awkward at these sections xD

I put a whole bunch of effort into everything I do and that has gotten me very far in life. Such as NJHS (National Junior Honors Society) I am a leader, as a captain of my soccer team, and a team effort and player and I do things that not only help me but everyone. I also have the social skills to interact with the partners in this group.

Anything else?: I don't really have anything else to say besides the fact, I can help in any job, I can truly help in any way. i can do almost any of the jobs you have set out in this amazing project.

Relationship with me (Or others that are already here): Yes, I knew you for a long time, and you seem to have a certain degree of trust for me, meaning that not full trust, but you trust me with an minecraft item.

Job you want to be: Farmer. On sky block 2 we had a farm at max island length in width, meaning a whole layer of carrots. We made VERY easy money off this and recommend this as a strategy.

Will you grief? If not, do you have people who can support you on that statement? No I do not grief. I never grieved in factions, and you know that. I was part of a 3 player island and they all left. I know what it feels like to be grieved, and I promise I will not.

Activeness on Skyblock: I used to be VERY active. I hope to get into it again and start fresh. I want to help in any way
possible. I will probualy come on 1-2 hours a day, but I'm not sure.

Schedule (Times available on Skyblock): If you absolutely need me ping me through Skype. I will come on an hour to 2 hours a day. Some days I go to the beach and stuff, so I wont be on.

Will you follow the rules?: Yes I promise and I am mostly mature as you know of me.

Why do you want to join?: I want to join because I think, you would choose people responsibly, and maturely. Meaning it would be a nice community. I also want to get into skyblock agian, but do not want to start from scratch alone, but with a team.


Why should we even consider you?: I knew you for a long time. I also put a lot of effort into this, so it is fair if you pick me, not just because I knew you for a long time. I want to hang out more, and were not really talking much right now. I used to play skyblock everyday.

@Mcc457 Accepted. Your builds are indeed impressive. The fact that I consider you one of my closer friends on the forums, you are certainly one I can trust. The fact that you understand the concept, is already valuable, and that it would definitely be a huge help to the island. I will PM you.

@DiamondCraft Undecided. It is perfectly alright. I want to accept you, however, the fact that you are already a helper on Vaicun's island. Remember, you can only be a helper on only one island. Choose which island you would rather help, and reply here.

@MangosDragon Undecided. I trust you and all, but I want to make sure that the others are okay. I'll get back to you. Get to know some of the members and have them vouch for you.

 

You don't just sit and mine: We have this redstone thing that makes...pillars...It's pretty cool actually.
