everyone wants to be a mod.

its like a hard game show everyone wants to win the big prize on. while a normal prize (in this case) is nothing.

 

it is a pretty popular section of the forums. but once they close it, it'll change.

Well

People never understood on the seriousness of being a mod. I won't blame them, as we make 'Moderating' seem fairly simple and nice to do. Those perks, and the actual rank make many others want it.

I'll be posting my comments on the staff applications, providing some feedback :P

 

besides. it is a "one shot" chance really with only one app a month.

 

True. It seems that more people want it more so for the features of the rank, rather than the position of assisting the server itself...
Now I know why they didn't bright mod apps back XD
It's a shame that mine is sitting in the end of the list though XD

Everyone wants mod status, it's swag. Most of the people thinks - "I'll become a famous mod and everyone will love me, I'll have so much fuuuun". I mean... Re-re-reply.

 

Many mods arent famous tho.. and how is stress and no free time fun xD

 

Wow.. Jerry and Harry have a lot of work to do, there are so many applications they have to look through XD where's my scenario?

 

There should be a way to vanish from players for a while to have some fun :D Aww, my silly application will be many pages away from first page soon, yay. So many applications o.o

 

Sometimes i want /vanish and /msgtoggle not to avoid friends, but to avoid the raging children and spammers that stalk staff members >.< and your right about the applications, I hope staff members are allowed to recommend people

 

There are and always will be raging and spamming children, it's impossible to stop them :D Anyways, I mostly ignore people who are raging and spamming until they start talking to me in "normal language" :p

 

Yeah way to much apps. My app is on page 4 :D They will give up after 2 pages, it's just too much :/
