Bug at the JH store

Hello ! I just finded a bug in the JH store . I was trying to buy V.I.P. rank , i was very excited but when i bought it JH returned me the money , with no explication . I tryed again but nope , a pop up apeared that sad NO BITCH , YOU SHAL NOT PASS . :( . Help me !

 

for some reason i dont think its a bug or anything i think u say this just random why should a server say "no bitch"

 

That would never happen, J&H wouldn't return your money, pop-ups would never say that.

Conclusion:
Trying to get VIP for free.

 

Also, I recently bought VIP for my friend and it didn't say that.. So explain please. If this is happening May I ask for a screenshot of what pops up? Thanks

 

Soo , i tryed to buy VIP . I ask my mom to get her credit card and she bought it . I waited some minutes and JH send my a letter with what i buyed when and this things . Exacly 3 minutes i recived a refound from JH with no explication . ~I will get photos and evidences soon as possible , working on it~

I know you were just trying to help, but don't conclude things.

Do you notice how they said "Trying" To get it? When you ask for help don't call them fools for giving you an answer.

Seriously, this is trying to get VIP. The server doesn't say something like that, J&H don't do refunds, and also this looks like it was written in either a hurry or trying to look innocent.

 

This could very easily be fake on the account of many reasons.

1. J&H don't even DO refunds.
2. When you donate, if you automatically do get a refund for SOME odd reason, a message like

wouldn't pop up.
3. No evidence, so that's another reason why this could very easily be fake.

If this 'problem' of yours is still occurring, then just email info@itsjerryandharry.com.
That being said, this is probably a troll attempt...
However if you actually did donate and you didn't receive your perks yet, email the address I gave you above with your receipt and it will be fixed as soon as they get to it.
