My house was flooded.

I'll post pictures here soon, and the house is fine now, everything is fixed and dry.


So, 4 hours ago, I heard some noise in the washing machine room.
I ignored it, thinking my mom was there.

After a while, my sister came running to my mom saying that the washing room is flooded, so when we all went to call for help, the water was going even faster.

The people came, with some drying machines or something, seemed high tech.
We all went upstairs (I may or may haven't took some food + nutella upstairs) and waited for 2 hours.

I looked down, and they made at least %30 progress.
I was kinda relieved though, because the flood was on knee level, and now It's barely up to foot level.

I couldn't obviously take a picture while It was flooded so badly, and It was a serious matter.
So when they still were working, I took my sisters iPhone (Which she will send me by email) and took pictures.

So yeah, I'm relieved.

But guess what?
It was because of the neighbours..
The sprinkler was broken, and their maid didn't know about it.

So anyway, I'll post pictures soon. I'm glad I survived xD

Anyways, kbai. <3 Gotta go clean the house a bit, the water wasn't really healthy.

But my mom and dad worked together (a.k.a I did all the work they just mopped the rest of the water that was still there) with me to get rid of it.
But thank god you're alive :D

I remember when we had a heavy rainfall, my brother's mouse almost drowned because it's cage was situated below where the water was coming from the roof, a lot of water got into our shed and was up to our ankles *This is just rain* and my fan got watered on. It still works.
My brother and I spent 30 minutes brooming out the water from the shed.

But then again, this was all outside.
Oh, and once something was plugging up the plug whilst the washing machine was going.
Ours is as old as my brother, aka 11-12 years old. It has a hose that sits over the laundry sink and empties out the dirty water.
So, I get up to get food, and there's water in the laundry and all in the kitchen. *Mum was on compootis mere metres from where the water was, and brother was on the couch near her* It almost went on our main powerboard *The one connected to our phoneline, mum's compootis & router and more* Well, actually it did, but barely. My mum went off at us, but yeah. It took all our towels and tea towels to clean it up.

Hopefully the nutella is ok xD

The irony of me reading this right now is that there is a storm where a live.

 

It happened to me 2 years ago, it was a mess ;u; but we weren't the only ones, mostly everyone from my city was flooded because of a severe thunderstorm :/
