A time consuming render

So a while ago Misfit requested a render and later told me about it when I was talking to her about rendering or something, but never got it.

I said I would make it when she told me about it, and I was bored so I finally made it \o/

Spoiler: Worse versions

Had the displacement on the water too high and it looks really sharp and smooth.
Tried volumetric clouds but they ended up looking like the spray can tool in paint, as Wolfy pointed out xD
I then added Minecraft style "blocky" clouds, but it still felt weird.

Also, I'd like to say that I am posting this here for peoples opinions, criticism and suggestions for improvement, as nothing's ever perfect, for example I still dislike the clouds and water but couldn't be bothered to redo them. This is not a place to ask me to make a render for you. Do that in private and I may do it, I just don't want to end up with piles of requests that will take days. However, please do suggest ideas/techniques/whatever for renders, just not centered around a render for you, so I can incorporate many ideas that I may have not have thought of into other renders.

Thanks, however I'm redoing it due to the clouds and water looking bad xD This is why I hate having OCD sometimes...
