[OITC] Disappearing Arrow

Description: Sometimes when an arrow is shot, it doesn't load and it just disappears. Nothing comes out of the bow. For a fast paced game like OITC where all the little things make a difference, that affects it BADLY.

Unfortunately, photos wouldn't count as sufficient evidence, and my PC is too slow to be able to record without running at 0-1 FPS, so the bug wouldn't even be seen.

However, you could ask other players about this. Even @ProxKipper has said that it happens all the time.

 

This is because of server lag. Sometimes it just doesn't fire. However, if you kill someone after it happens, you will get two arrows. This can't be fixed since it is server lag.

This happens to me alot another one is when I shoot someone and they die. But I never saw an arrow coming out and then I never get the arrow until I kill someone else with a sword.

 

There is a way to fix this. When your arrow is disappeared then all you need to do is SHIFT, and right click on your 3rd inventory slot. I disagree it is because server lag though. Try that when it happens. The arrow turns into a ghost item for some reason, but it's there. The bow doesn't think it is there either. When you receive another arrow instead of killing someone with the first arrow the second arrow will pop into your inventory which will show both arrows. If this makes any sense. Lol

 

No. This isn't about it disappearing from my inventory, it's when I shoot it it doesn't load.

 

Yea it's an anoying glitch... But I'm giving you a suggestion until it is fixed. :) That is the reason your bow doesn't load...because it is a ghost item.
