It's not a mod or a plugin or anything it's a client I used to have it but all of my servers updated out if 1.5.2 so I deleted it because I didn't have a use for it but I used to go on my own world and play around as bajancanadian or some youtuber

 

IDK how it happened but i only had the MCA comes alive mod, maybe it could have been used to download another mod like a people mod

 

ACTUALLY, what you used to be able to do (idk if you still can) is if you have a CRACKED account or whatever, you can 'Log In' as a person's username and the skin will show up. It only worked on cracked pcmc servers though
