I've always loved the way Umbreon looks

 

Alright, here is what you can do.

For single player, use umbreon or jolteon.

For online competitive battling, use sylveon.

 

if you're doing card battling use Jolteon (it has pin-missle (flip 4 Quarters Heads=add 40 damage))

 

Glaceon and Espeon.
