Why -shouldn't- you be staff?!

I'm inactive sometimes because my parents want me to go outside and do that stuff
I'm often impulsive when making decisions
I hold grudges sometimes
I'm not very strict at times, and sometimes I'm too strict
I'm only 12 haha
I worry about things like 'am I doing this right??' or i'm scared to screw up
I have basically everything @Shadow_Riolu said, it's pretty scary how similar except for the fact I'm not very dark or serious

 

Why should I not be staff, you ask? That is a good question. I guess I'll state a few reasons.

PERSONAL REASONS: I am not always serious. I have trouble sometimes listening and cannot focus on one too many things at a time. I will be cast out by my friends on this server if I become a Staff Member because they will think I am too good for them and all I am going to do is use the Staff Power for revenge, and sometimes I can (rarely) become rude or hostile to another player for dumb reasons.

GUILT ISSUES: Also, one of the biggest reasons, is I have guilt problems, like I will throw a sock and then go to the sock, and ask are you okay? When I was younger, I would not sleep with one Teddy Bear alone, but all of them so one would not feel left out, and had to even overcome my fear of the dark just so I could get my Teddy Bear and go to sleep. I feel that this is a big, important, reason I cannot be Staff because, if one hacker, or someone who is or has been banned can manipulate my feeling to use them to their own personal advantage, I could really screw things up for this server.

Sometimes I just randomly get mad at the world for nothing! I don't know why.

SOCIAL REASONS: I am very shy and it takes me a while to get along with other players before I can feel comfortable around them. I am also (when angered) not the first person of your choice to be around. I also feel that I am not old enough to take responsibility and to help kindle and gather wood for the fire that is the IJAH server.

WHY PERSON ABOVE ME IS NOT FIT FOR STAFF: @RainbowShim should not be staff because she looks a little immature (Sorry). I feel that she is not old enough to be staff, and also cannot handle the responsibility and pressure that goes into being a staff. (I don't know if I have exaggerated a bit, is staff a really pressuring job?) Like, she mainly said, she often holds grudges and that could ruin the teamwork that is to be staff, and she is too young to make big decisions and she is "often impulsive in making decisions." That is why I believe she cannot be staff.

Off Topic: Go to any plot that is unclaimed by a person, yes that requires a lot of traveling. And type /plotme claim.

 

TS really isn't a huge problem as far as I know.

As for Creative, just do /plotme auto

Well...I have some good reasons why I shouldn't be a staff.

1) I'm busy.
2) College = Busy.
3) Friends = Busy.
4) Beta testing things = Busy.
5) Refer to 1.
6) BZ.
7) Hobbies = Busy.
8) .ysuB
9) Too many things to do.
10) For the love of god, I'm as busy as a bee.

That's all! Pretty much sums it up! ^^

 

Well, since I don't have much else to post on, let's go on about every flaw that I can think of. Woohoo.
First one is probably being as manipulative as possible, whenever possible. Utter feelings of self-preservation and lack of concern for others. This is something I've been able to shut off from time to time... But still kinda comes back sometimes. Of course, that's something that's been an issue with me for over a year on the forums here. I'll find ways to blame something on someone else just to get at them, for example. I'm so familiar with the community that I know just how each member ticks: each way to get each and every one to agree with me. I've essentially improved at behavioral analysis too, so I know just how someone will react in a situation... Which would be all cool and all, except that I use it to get at people more often than not.
Hmmmm, I can be very arrogant at times. Kinda goes hand in hand with the thing above. Someone sees a flaw in me? I correct it with an explanation. Someone sees anything in me? Well, yeah. Arrogance is somewhat self-explanatory.
Reason number 3 of why I shouldn't be staff is knowing the community too well. Not that it's a bad thing, but it's a good reason of why I shouldn't be staff. I still can't answer the question "If your best friend did something wrong and only you knew about it, would you ban them?"
Would I? I don't even know.
Yay for flaws! (Well not really, in fact I don't even know why I'm posting this here but oh well)
And apparently I'm supposed to post something about why the person above me shouldn't be staff too (according to the thread description) but honestly I've never seen him on, and I don't recognize him, so maybe not being on all that much could be a flaw? I don't know.

Um, I also can get a teensy bit upset although it looks like I am raging. It isn't, if you want me to rage, you will have to say a lot of pretty mean and pornographic things about my family alot.

I'm immature a lot of the times (though I can be mature when needed), and I get frustrated with people kind of quickly.
I'm also somewhat rude and sarcastic at times.

As for Theminer, I think you need to be just a bit more active and not worry about people who are mean to you.
If they forget that you're there, they aren't being very friendly.

Well sometimes, I seriously feel like I'm acting like I'm a staff member after I made that guide, which is why i don't deserve the role.
I can get too serious sometimes too..
I can piss off people even though i don't want to, like for example, stealing Yomc's role of DTK.

Hm, not sure what to say tbh, but this seems like an interesting game, so I'm going to give it a try.

1: Well, tbh I'm quite nervous when it goes about staff, like if I post something a staff member looks at I always wonder if I should edit it to improve it.
2: Sometimes I'm making myself feel bad (not on purpose ofc.), and I keep wondering about it.
3: Sometimes I'm way too careful with what I'm doing (like w/ posts), so sometimes I'm not posting what I actually want (like good ideas etc.).

Well, I've tried my best to call as many (personal) reasons as possible (and as honest ofc.), but it's harder then it seems.
Perhaps the poster below can think of some other reasons.

Well, I do not really know this person (very well) and tbh I think his grammar is quite decent (in that post atleast).
Well, I think he should work a bit more on his grammar tho.
