Dupe Glitch

In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Every Server.
Detailed description of bug: There is a bug that allows people to dupe comparators. I found this accidently while making redstone. Seeing as this can not be abused to get tons of money, I don't see the harm in having it but still I will report it.
If a staff member needs proof they can ask me

 

Actually, if you report bugs, you need evidence like a picture or a video from Youtube, but really, no action is taken unless you have evidence.

Is this allowed in the Creative server, everyone does it. I know how to do it in creative, but not in any other server.

 

Yes, it is. But it isn't allowed on survival servers or faction servers.

 

If he doesn't understand come in a server with me and do the duplication and I will record if you don't know how to. Otherwise give Robby a really good description that makes sence. Do you know if this is a server glitch or a minecraft glitch?
