What's your favorite Zelda dungeon in any of the Zelda series (Excluding the CDI games, they can go eff themselves.) Mine might be the...... Spoiler: *Insert zelda chest opening music here* WATER TEMPLE, yeah you heard me right. I like the challenge it brings but at the same time makes me rage a lot when I forgot where a key was. Though when I played it through on the master quest version I had an easy time after I got the hookshot.
I have waaaaay too many to single out one. 2D: I definitely loved the Thieves' Hideout from A Link to the Past. Heck, even the part exploring Dark World Kakariko Village is fun. I also liked Fortress of Winds from The Minish Cap, because it was of the Roc's Cape, a jumping item. 3D: Stone Tower Temple: Used all 3 mask forms of Link, flipping the dungeon was fun, it challenges all forms of Link, which is pretty cool, and the Eyegores were also rather awesome fights. Earth Temple: The dark atmosphere was pretty awesome, and I was motivated to explore it, while in OOT's Shadow Temple, I was too busy running around trying to avoid Wallmasters. The Light puzzles with the Mirror Shield was pretty cool as well. It's also fun traveling around with Medli, who was a better companion than Makar, who moves slower than a melting stick of butter. Also, the ReDeads were genuinely terrifying. I have a slight irrational fear of them, thanks to this game (OOT Redeads look like they have coconut masks, how are they scary at all?). The only problem I had was the boss, which was when you had to slice all the Poes down. It was either slowly attack one by one, or use up magic with the Hurricane Spin, and I can't handle a partial or empty magic bar.
2D: haven't played any :/ 3D: Oh boy, hard to choose. but I'll have to go with the Twilight World from TP. It was really fun to do, since it gave the place a creepier feeling.
