Should heads be avanable without rank? (crestive)

this thread is if you think heads should be easily obtainable without a rank, without having to tp to someone with a head shop or try to win a skin comp.
I think this should be done because it wouldmake the server a lot more enjoyable, and fun.

(also, you cannot purchase stuff if you are in the uk, so that's another reason why this should happen.)

That is why we have donations. I know many people from the UK who have donated, so your argument is invalid.

How?
Get a paypal account, which you can get practically anywhere with internet, and money.
Then associate your credit card with paypal, and then attempt to donate.

BUT STILL you can get heads from head shops easily so why cant this featurebe enabled?
