The holy report button. I use it at least 20 times a day. Only 2 - 5 of them are resolved. Why is this? There at least 1 staff on. It seems the only person who actually answers these reports is @LilaRok. It annoys me that even administrators don't even solve the reports. There's still a report on an 11 year old wanting to do drugs made yesterday. It seems only the "Report Abuse" section is being resolved. And I know people will be like

See that? That's posted at least all the time during rants. The thing is, we have at least 10+ staff in different time zones to resolve the cases. I still have reports from 2 days ago not even resolved. The thing is, staff are busy doing fun stuff on "other" threads rather than doing just one little report. Staff having lives? It seems they only put their free time into doing something fun for 30 minutes rather than answer posts or threads that are being reported. I may still have a report from last week. I'm highly positive there are still reports even from 2013. The thing is, staff should instantly get to a report every time at least ONE report is posted. Not just go:

The thing is, these staff are leaving all the hard work to the helpers to handle. Did you guys see how many reports have been solved when new helpers were recruited? It makes no absolute sense are staff from different timezones just to leave all of this behind.

No flame wars. Flaming will be reported (if staff will respond to it). Even one rude thing to someone / me will be a straight up report. I don't want to turn a rant into a flame war

 

This was quite an unfair thing for you to say about staff.

Staff try their best you know, they are hardly ever sitting around with nothing to do. Alot of times they dont have time to check the reports because they were busy with some problem in game and besides that they are CONSTANTLY spammed with questions in game like "what is this server" "can i be staff?" "Can I have stuff?"and they just simply try their bests to get to everything. Another thing is that most people could not do what they are doing better than what they are already doing! Just stop already with these staff hate threads all they are are complete and utter bull.

 

Ok when will people understand that Staff have lives too. Also if you complain about staff ( or so I've heard) You get banned/ Warned or soemthing. So don't start getting all mad about "flame wars" when Complaining about staff is wrong too. Also as @RobyNub1337 has said before: Take all complaints/issuses with staff to me/him.

We appreciate all the reporting, but, the fact is that 70% reports that we get are not "valid". We get multiple reports just because someone doesn't like someone... That's not the point of reporting. We take action when it's needed. Also, it's normal that Lila is doing as many reports as she can, she wants to leave good impression, and there is nothing bad in it.

I do reports handling a lot when I have time for it, just like Magic or anyone else. I'm having last exams before graduating from computer engineering school. Say, do you think I'd rather do reports or study to end my engineering hell at last?

Next time you have issues with staff members, take it up with me in PM. Bring your evidence. dont just flail about wild accusations.
