Ok, so you know those threads that have been up for so long, no one has commented on them and then it just randomly starts arguments, or the ones that are dumb and no-one will close it and people will just not stop commenting on it? I know a way to stop, instead of commenting "LOCK THIS PLZ ADMIN NOW!" why don't you click the button? If you just put "Requesting Thread Lock" on it, Harry and Jerry will notice and close the thread! Thanks for reading, and I hope you can use this feature!
Don't abuse the report button. We will get spammed up and will take up the room where players actually want to report something
Well, the Hive do this, so do MCSG, and so do many servers, you are pretty much reporting an inactive thread, can't we even do this on Ban Appeals?
Ok, you really didn't need to say it like that. You could have said "We prefer our own way", no need to get sassy.
Ok, sorry for suggesting something, I just didn't like the attitude I was portraying in my head, or I am just saying it in a bad way in my head.
Like Homie said. We are not the hive or MCSG, we are unique, we are J&H. I'm done with this conversation.
Im not going to repeat as Teddie and homieboy said about different server's methods, but they are right. But anyway, this idea probably isnt worth it. If this is because you get a notification after someone else has posted, just scroll to the top and click "Unwatch Thread", therefore stopping the notifications. There isnt really a necessary need to request lock threads, unless they contain something going against the forum rules. If that is the matter, you can easily report an admin or they can find it themselves. Otherwise, it doesn't really matter :P
^ You can do it in more options but you need to post something in order for the lock to take place We can add the lock button at the top for authors only like the old forums
