java.net.ConnectException: Connection Refused: no further informtion

    I was playing normally and exited the server to report someone, when i came back and tried to log in the server, this is what I saw. (BELOW) My internet connection was fine because i was talking to my friend on skype. That was about 10PM and now its 11:35PM, the problem is still there.
