Well, it depends how much you hurt someone. Ex: If you cursed at someone then its easily forgiven. If you told someone something terrible like to go kill themselves, you can't just make it up with sorry.

Nonetheless, I'll forgive you as everyone deserves to be forgiven. We don't curse or harrass players here, even if they did so to us :) Just remember, people shouldn't be forgiven for the same thing over and over, so don't go back to doing whatever you apologized for.
