Guys help me

Idk what happened but this thing came up on my screen and it said that I violated the British law or something and its counting down and it says that everything that I have viewed or something has been stored. I don't know what happened. Should I put a screenshot of it because I need help for this and I really hope it's a joke. I may sound stupid but it looked pretty serious :/ what will happen when the timer stops. It says something about £100.000 fine or an arrest. It's stressing me out. And I get worried pretty easily I'm shaking right now.

This isn't a joke. Although this isn't true.
What is happening here is that, you installed something unsafe on your computer. And this is nothing but a Virus.
You didn't do anything, it's all fine. Clean your computer from viruses and it will get fixed, don't worry.
