I have trouble falling asleep a t really late hours do any of you have any suggestions to help me. So tired =-=
Well people say to fall asleep you can think of boring things, or think of things you dislike and make them black. Think of black, it helps.
Yep. Its a thing. I have like so much phobias I feel like I have phobophobia EDIT: Search it up if you don't believe me
I probably have more phobias than you. I've had 10 all nighters on school nights. I read a Narnia book, which took me about a day to finish. Then I feel asleep in the daytime.
I usually just fall asleep, but maybe you can possibly try reading a book. Books help a lot especially when you cannot sleep.
