peaceful survival castle up for bid

lowest bid is now 500$ any lower will be ignored

when i came back to J&H peaceful survival, i expected great moments and excitement, but knowing the game plan (building a big castle in a mega taiga) made it seem less fun.

so this is why im selling this castle in minecraft, but like buildings in real life this is nowhere close to cheap, but its worth it, and this is why...

- the beacon on the roof has all beacons effects on II except for regeneration
-it has a massive semi-automatic nether wart farm (on average 8,000$ per harvest when mostly/fully grown)
-4 vacant rooms perfect for personal rooms
-a medium size but decorative storage room
-a crafting/smelting, nether, brewing room.
-a carrot farm that can support 5 people, with lily pads making farming them less tedious
-its located in a mega taiga with very few factions settling in it too
-a tall hill with a flat side facing towards the castle, any person can easily "engrave" a image/picture in it

but heres the downsides....
-both of the towers aren't finished
-roof has nothing on it besides the beacon.
-basement only has the nether wart farm
-the chests are empty besides some maps and "trashy" items

i know not much people are going to bid high on it because chances are, they already have a prosperous faction or they just started and they dont have much money. but its better than just tearing down the place just for the bricks.

Even though it is 8K per harvest, it should not be 8K for the min.
