10 Ways to Have a Good Faction!

I don't care on your opinion for this, I just want you to have a good faction. :D

Okay,

1.
Ask for factionless people to join your faction! It becomes big and great!

2.
When in the process of letting a member in, you might want to do some trust tests to see...

3.
Be caring and let them do what they want. Warn them if it's in the rules and they might break it!

4.
Help them! When others might see it in chat, it attracts more people and a big faction!

5.
Be in a great truce. Don't let anyone put any members or yourself down. Be brave and strong. :D

6.
Be creative and smart, it can help others greatly and make the faction pretty!

7.
WORK TOGETHER. Be encouraging and do your best! :D

8.
Never quit on each other. You might have to go, but make them suited before you go!

9.
Never give up, your faction may be small, but you can attract some members and have fun, it's the thought that counts. :D

10.
Make sure every member is safe. Griefing, raiding, stealing, ANYTHING MEAN OR BAD is unecessary. Make the members think that they need to do the right thing.

Giving them love is encouraging and helpful. It makes your faction big and everyone follows their dreams!!!

Did you mean to say to randomly invite people to your faction? Rarely something good hapenes from the people you just met
Or did you mean something else? c:

 

Well, maybe you have an old friend and you want to connect back with him/her.

Or someone you just trust...

Yes, but it's the way he mentioned it.

As seen in this quote, they mention Greifing and raiding, but state that it is unnessecary, nor did they specify this server, that's why I'm confused.

 

Both, I was raided a few days ago in Survival. The guy who did it was named King_Dalek...
I'm a girl, BTW.
And I meant both servers.
