Admins/helpers not taking action

I just posted a abuse report and a helper replied "Solved. Thanks for reporting". Im in the buildit lobby with the person I just reported and nothing is solved. I know that the admins and helpers are busy but can you please take action as soon as possible?

 

just wait, Admins and Mods are very busy sometimes, they gotta handle a lot of things on the server :P

 

Well I really shouldn't be talking but J&H should get more helpers.

That's what we as helpers can do... warn people. and help people but that's not the point

 

If it was a minor thing the person reported gets warned.

Don't expect helpers/mods to take action right away. But, Lila said she did warn him but warning doesn't ban. So...think before you speak pls.

 

their planning on getting more, but it takes time.
