No company should take this long to fix a problem. We the players, especially us donators, should not have to put up with this. You should take your business elsewhere, cause obviously Staminus doesn't know what they're doing.
ok, some people don't understand... you can't just change servers, it takes time,money and a LOT of data, Staminus do know what they are doing and they are trying their best but we all have to wait, as harry said: "We can't just move to a temporary host, it's not that simple. There's tons and tons of data that need to be transferred, and the server would actually need to be online to get this data transferred. Not to mention hiring a server costs a shit-ton of money. We were already dissatisfied with Staminus, this is simply too much. They are treating their customers like crap, the only form of communication is their Twitter, which they use to ignore everyone. We pay thousands and thousands of dollars each month for our servers, this is not how the customers expect to be treated. That being said, I shouldn't be ranting about these kind of things." So it is not easy to just switch servers
