When will server be open?

When will server be open I miss the server already lol

We don't know, even J&H don't know as they don't have control over it. But lets keep our fingers crossed and hope it will be soon C:

 

as harry said: "Our host Staminus is having problems with a fiber outage, they have been trying to fix it for the past twelve hours. There unfortunately is nothing we can do to speed up this process. We know how frustrating downtime can be, we are just as frustrated as you guys, the server will be back up as soon as possible.

After twelve hours, both their website and our servers are still offline. It was my understanding that our servers were being hosted at a Tier 3 data center, which means redundancy is required (Duplication of critical components as a form of backup). We are thinking about switching to another host, as this is simply unacceptable. We were already dissatisfied with Staminus for other reasons I don't want to go into detail about (Support and over sensitive DDoS protection).

in other words, Jerry and Harry don't even know when it will be up.

Here's what happened, from what I've been able to tell.

As J&H said, Staminus is having a problem with their fiber. However, the data centers only have one fiber provider... Which is absolutely unacceptable.
So, when Cox got the fiber cut and the backhaul cut, now they are having some severe problems getting it back up.

So... We can't bring the server back up until the datacenter is brought back up.
