Want To Talk To People Like me :) *See text.

With this being the first I've mentioned this to anyone besides close mates and family, I would like to talk to people who suffer the same thing I do, That being Tourette's Syndrome. (I don't cuss thankfully)

I just want to see if people feel similarly to I, As it can be a lonely word for me. If you yourself have it, Don't be afraid to Message me :) I would gladly talk to you <3

I feel
so bad

 

My older brother has autism and often makes odd movements, or shouts loudly. I know Tourette syndrome isn't the same thing, but I know where you're coming from.

 

Ya know, I watched this really great movie one time. It was about a boy who had tourettes but always wanted to be a teacher. Everyone told him he couldn't! Guess what he did? He won the teacher of the year award for the whole country! All of his students looked at him as a hero, not someone with tourettes.

On my school there used to be a guy who had it too.
He had diffrent ones every week, its was very.. weird at the start. But you kinda get used to it and accept that he just can't help himself.
One day he would kiss the floor every 10 minutes, the other day he would shout ''PET FOOD'' every 10 minutes and another day he would make some weird ass sound just all day.

I see how it could really affect people that have it, to the point where it starts to bother them and others.
Personally I don't have anyone close that has it, but I think we can all say we sorta have it.
I cannot keep my right leg still. EVER. I just always have to move it! Now this isn't the real tourette syndrom deal ofcourse but youknow I feel like a lot of us can kinda relate.

I can see how it might be a lonley world since tourette is not something you see everyday, but hey.. Your just like the rest of us, just with a tic.
Cool that you decided to share it with us, must have taken some or a lot of courage !

I personally don't know anybody with it...but I am so sorry. ;-; the feels are strong.

 

I'm not autistic. I'm a bit slow at some doing things but I learn very quickly. And @Mcc457 is older than me. No offence, I get the confusion.

I hope it gets better, I know what it is and it sucks. I've never known anyone with that. I hope it gets better for you CaitlinUchiha. It sounds like you're a naruto fan :DD I am a huge fan of that show, I keep up with the manga and stuff. Anyways I don't have the problem you're talking about, but i still hope you and everyone else who has it gets better :)

 

You have my full sympathy. I really don't mind whether or not you have the Tourette's Syndrome, I still would love talking to you. Start a conversation or something, I don't mind, and I will reply whenever I possibly can. ;)
