Spam warning without Spam

In which minigame/server does the bug occur: OITC maybe the whole serve I have yet to explore the possibility.
Detailed description of bug: I was AFK in the OITC lobby and came back to the chat saying I spammed random symbols. I do not know if this is a glitch with other people spamming that and it sends it to the whole lobby but if that is the case then it would've happened multiple times before. It has also happened to me once in game where I sent a friend a link to a report I did because she was interested and I got that message I just thought it was because I sent it three times to interested people but now this happened and the problem came to light.
