Have you ever looked at the word "victory"? In my eyes, I see a ''Vic'' and ''Tory'' character. Lets create a description for these two lovely people.

Vic, short for Victor, is very aggressive. He's from Free Soil, MI which is a very small town. Currently enrolled at Central Michigan with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He wears boots, jeans, and a flannel every day. If he's feeling lucky, even throws in a Red Wings beanie. He needs an emotional support animal in his dorm, to help him keep his temper down. This animal is a Rhodesian Ridgeback named Mocha.

Tory is from Brooklyn, New York. A big city in New York. She is also currently enrolled at CMU and is a Chemistry major. Tory is very outgoing, although she likes to win BIG. She played Volleyball in all 4 years of high school and they were just like the Celtics the past 6 years. Good, but never won it all. The only reason she went to CMU was because her best friend Tabby was going there, but died in a car crash just days before classes started.

Tory and Vic met through their dorm building, as they live across the hall from each other. Quickly, they grew a friendship that eventually turned in to more. Vic was always there for Tory after what happened to Tabby. I won't go in to detail about what happened the next 4 years between the two as they're very typical for a college relationship.

Surprisingly they lasted all four years together and graduated. Both wanting a more laid back lifestyle, they moved to Marquette, MI. This is a medium sized city in the upper peninsula of Michigan. They get a ton of snow, that takes up nearly 6 months of the year. They both loved this, as they're both from the North. These 2 eventually got married and had 2 kids, named Vik and Tori.

 

BATEMAN: You like Huey Lewis and the News?

ALLEN: Um, they're okay.

BATEMAN: Their early work was a little too new wave for my taste. But when Sports came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor.
