    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Whole server lol

    Detailed description of bug: Server seems to freeze for a second or two about 10 times per minute. It's really making PvP games nearly unplayable. One second I'll be 10 blocks away from someone in OITC and the next second we're on the other side of each other.
