Yep, another helper messed up. Another helper suspended.

He is suspended for one week.

His crime? Leaking staff chat to non staff.

This is an ongoing issue that a lot of staff have been doing and he was told not to do that when he was added to the chat, so, he's suspended.

Any other staff caught doing this are going to suffer consequences as well.

As I said before, staff pay consequences to. Please don't be too hard on zezze, as he will still be helping out, he just wont have some of the power he had before. He knows what his job is until its over.

A long time coming. People spent 6+ months before getting promoted to the next rank (specifically helper to moderator) instead of being promoted to a position that can ban hackers (which caused so many problems 2014-2015).

I'm sure he was a good guy, but as head admin he created a toxic "work" environment. Very very few promotions led to unhealthy competition. Helpers would spam reports to get noticed or to prove they were better than their co-helpers. People raced to solve the report abuse threads, which lead to major mishandling of reports. This created resentment between staff members instead of promoting teamwork and communication.

 

2016-2018 was the prime staff years in terms of changes and promotions tbh

That's 2 more points more than I have, damn.
Al though the severity of my crimes and the points given are more extreme, but seems like I need to commit two more crimes to once again become the king pin.

 

At least two of those points (piracy talk & bump) were not actually warnable per the rules, but I couldn't be bothered to appeal for them. Still, I am proud of the ungodly amount of warning points I have. I think in game it's even worse for me.
