How do you become more active on forums?

This is a genuine question because I'm not active on discord nor the forums and I kind of want to be more part of the community.

Create connections. Approach people. Be approachable. Be switched on to people around you.
Participate in chat, vc, or forum topics if there are people talking about a subject that interests you. By doing this you can find people on here who you share common interests with (like a movie, sport, hobby, job, game, or anything in particular).
