In pain :(

So as a few people know I am not well (awaiting an operations as soon as covid stops being a knob) so the meds I am on are better but make me vomit, so on my rush to the bathroom I slipped and my elbow landed on a door stop, you know the ones a bit as hunk of metal wedge under a door, now my elbow is on fire and I was looking in the mirror and OMFG I can move it so nothings broken or dislocated but Im in small agony, here is a photo before I zinc tapped it (if you dont have zinc tape, buy it, its amazing) and covered it in arnica (got it from work, hospital coz it didnt have a lid but its still good)

I just, I only hurt it at like 8 am this morning that was only 6 hours ago, and its already a massive bruise :(
