I always wondered that because I am looking for a server host. I wanted to know what the top server owners have to say about server hosts (I am sure this server moved several times).

Anyone know? I think it is MinecraftLayer, but I am not sure.

I figured that Jerry and Harry used that host before. I remember seeing that on their old site, but they switched because of server issues before I think.

I will say this without being sure, but I think they use MCProHosting, since they offer DDoS protection.

    They use Staminus.

I found this out by doing a reverse IP search on play.itsjerryandharry.com.

Yes they use Staminus. Its not a "Minecraft" host but a Ddos protection for Cloud servers

I got the IP from pinging the [play] sub domain. Usually DDoS protection providers are basically a wall between the user and the server, basically filtering out empty packets. I never knew that was the host you guys used.

It is based in LA (literally only 100 miles from my house), and I have major lag. I thought you used a host somewhere in the Nederlands, and used Staminus as a DDoS protection. I think the server is overloaded or the host can't keep up (I am sure your server gets hit with over 1gbps with over 1k players) but I am not sure.

Other than that the server is very enjoyable and me and my brother play it whenever we can.

They use Staminus for DDOS and OVH for hosting (I think). I recall doing a trace route on the ip and it led to a IP owned by OVH.

Plus, why did you bump a topic from ages ago?

I'm gonna lock this since it was bumped. I deleted the bumped post. I hope your server is doing good.
