Skyblock Server 3: Chest First Items Missing

I have ever played the skyblock server 2. and it just worked fine for me. but when i join server 3 to play with my friends, i got a problem.

here's the problem. every time i created an island the starter item is not there. then i tried delete and create it again for several times, and the problem still the same. i hope this problem can be fixed

Same thing happened to me. This is new, I think it worked yesterday.
