Prison: I got glitched in a wall after dashing

In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Prison: Slime Area

Detailed description of bug: I was in prison killing the slimes for a while, then I wanted to take a break so I dashed onto the blocks on the side so I can /spawn without getting hit. When I did that I got glitched into the wall and couldn't get out and died. I lost my sword which had a lot of inchants, a set of diamond armour, and almost 18 stacks of slime.

Is there a way someone could help me retrieve my items?

 

Cant logs or something check for these items?

 

staff are not able to retrieve items, not even in a case where there's a hacker.
