    This is directed at a staff member. Any complaints about staff should be brought up on the Reports section.

    And if this does stay in General Discussion, running a server and a profession with YouTube is hard to balance. They need time to plan out videos and make their viewers happy, and also have to run a server with 200+ players from across the world. The wonderful Staff Members, for example Ezzerland, are helping them balance their tough routines, and helping maintain the integrity of the server without them physically being there. With that being said, being staff isn't something that anyone can achieve. They are elected individuals who Jerry and Harry believe can replicate the philosophies they stand by, and maintain the integrity of their server.

    I don't run the server, JH do. Just because I made a couple of announcements for server resets doesn't mean I somehow operate everything. I make suggestions based on community feedback, JH decides on and implement features. This hasn't changed anything other than just helping them write out forum posts or helping gather community feedback.

    The only exception is the OITC revamp, which I did actually do. But since the OITC community loved that, it's obviously not what's grinding your gears.

    If you have suggestions of your own that you'd like to see implemented, feel free to suggest them, but making a thread like this serves no purpose other than to possibly cause drama (which is also against the forum rules).
