New Minecraft Item Limit?

    Minigame:Survival (Peaceful)
    Description of Bug:
    In survival, I was chopping down trees in the dark oak forest. Once i chopped down one tree, I knew i already had a lot of wood. I saw the limit was 46 on dark wood when i tried to put it together into 64. Assuming that this goes for every item, is this bug one that should be worried about? My guess is that you may have reversed something to (46) instead of (64). Can you help?

    It is probably lag or one of the few bugs the bukkit(What the server client is called) team has yet to iron out, minor glitches here and there, logging out and back in should fix it?
