Won't let me duelstats others.

In which minigame/server does the bug occur: KitPvP

Detailed description of bug: When you do the command /duel stats, it works perfectly fine to duelstats yourself but if you try to duelstats someone else it pops up with this message, http://prntscr.com/okykvg, I don't know if this is a bug or meant to be this way, just giving a heads up.

 

I just wanted to add that we don't have the permission to do /duel top either:

I'm assuming we should be able to do /duel top since there is this sign:
