    Oh lol. I just found this out from the video Server tour. I saw Nocturn being a Helper there. And now he is a mod.
    I know he resigned.

    Did you know that if you create a did you know thread, your response will have a did you know in it? O_o

    Well Helpers have a greater chance of becoming a Moderator due to them shining in responsibility and being active here and there.
