How much I’ve changed in 2 years. Oh god

It's literally a straight face, but okay. And nah, I'm not alright lol

 

I haven’t posted on here for a while...
I have changed a lot over the last few years. I have gained weight which has left my self esteem at a zero - or even a negative number if that’s possible. All of my social media is frozen as I don’t post pictures of myself anymore and don’t want to be tagged in photos. I really do consider myself as part of that table from Mean Girls where they “eat their feelings”. Friends and family sometimes just don’t understand what one person is going through. One way I deal with this, which I shouldn’t do is isolate myself. Some days I wake up and don’t do anything but watch Netflix dramas so that I can escape for a bit. On other days, if the stress of studying overwhelms me, I walk to the back of my house and hang out with my dog - one thing that doesn’t judge me and loves me no matter how I’m feeling - Millie <3
As of today, she is 18 months old. Time flies!
It’s a bit of a challenge taking a photo with her. These are really the only ones I could get. I will most likely regret posting this in a day or so and remove this so enjoy it while it’s up!
